South Africa: 3–10 business days  
International: 7–25 business days

Cross-border deliveries may be subject to additional regulatory, customs, or inspection requirements in the destination jurisdiction.

4. Risk Transfer

Risk in the goods transfers to the courier upon dispatch from Norovari (Pty) Ltd facilities.

Upon dispatch, responsibility for physical custody of the shipment is assumed by the designated logistics provider in accordance with standard commercial shipping practices.

Norovari (Pty) Ltd is not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers, customs authorities, or events outside of reasonable operational control.

 

Where feasible, reasonable assistance will be provided in tracking, tracing, and resolving delivery-related issues in collaboration with logistics providers.

Where delivery execution requires the processing or sharing of personal information (including recipient name, contact details, and delivery address), such information is processed solely for fulfilment purposes.

 

Norovari applies reasonable technical and organisational measures to safeguard personal information against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse, in accordance with POPIA and aligned international data protection standards.
